Private debt investment in Remazing

Armada Fund V has closed its twelfth investment and provided financing in support of the investment into Remazing GmbH (“Remazing” or the “Company”) by IK Partners (“IK”).

Founded in 2016, Remazing is a full-service agency and software provider that supports corporate clients to succeed on Amazon and other online marketplaces by offering tech-enabled marketing services to increase e-commerce sales. Remazing’s team of over 100 e-commerce experts develops locally tailored strategies and implements content optimisations, advertising campaigns and monitoring, using the Company’s proprietary software solution, Remdash. Since inception, Remazing has developed into the largest independent provider in the market, serving over 100 corporate clients globally with its team of dedicated e-commerce experts based in the headquarters in Hamburg as well as local hubs in Barcelona, London, Paris and Turin.
