Private debt investment in Bastard Burgers

Armada Fund V has closed its third investment and provided financing in support of the acquisition of Bastard Burgers by Equip Capital.

Bastard Burgers is a fast-growing Swedish premium burger restaurant chain. The concept is inspired by American street food and offers an attractive selection of burgers including a parallel plant-based menu. With 30 restaurants across the country and several new units to be opened shortly, the company plans to expand its footprint significantly over the coming years. Armada will support the expansion plan with further capital.
